Made in Italy, this ceramic Butler's Pantry earthenware rectangular platter from Lenox features sculptural patterning and cream-on-cream accents. A perfect piece for an elegant buffet or a dressed-up daily meal, the platter has a flat bottom and flared sides that simplify passing and carrying. The sides feature indented fluting and a line of sculptural beading where they meet the bottom. Each of the platter's four corners wears a single leaf in a slightly darker cream-colored glaze. To protect against chipping and cracking, this piece should only go in the dishwasher or oven on low temperatures. Microwave use is not recommended. The platter measures 18-1/2 by 13 by 2 inches and is covered by Lenox's lifetime replacement policy.
